Genworth Mortgage lnsurance Australia Ltd director Gayle Tollifson is retiring on March 15, after eight years on the board. Andrea Waters, a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia & NZ and member and accredited facilitator of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, will become independent, non-executive director on the Genworth board from March 16. Waters has more than 35 years’ experience in financial services as an auditor, accountant and non-executive director.

Jane Harvey this week retired from the IOOF Holdings Ltd board. She will remain as a director on several IOOF subsidiary boards. IOOF said Harvey had served as a director for many years and had been an “outstanding contributor” to driving IOOF’s growth through organic growth initiatives and M&A, as well as driving enhancements to governance structures.
