MuzInk offers full refund on any of its products and services purchased from the site if the customer is not satisfied, or has made the purchase in error, on notification within one month of receiving the product or service.

It also offers free four-week trials of its on-line subscriber newsletter and interactive services before charges are made. If users are still not fully satisfied with our service or have subscribed in error, any on-line payment will be refunded in full on receiving notice within one months of the payment.

If notice is received between three to six months of payment, a refund equivalent to nine months subscription will be made.
